FOCUS NEW VOICE

A platform for emerging Asian galleries entering New York — differently.

Before the Market, There is a Voice.

New Voice is not about free space.
It's about curated trust, long-term belief, and ecosystem building.

We know that entering New York is not just about having a booth—it's about belonging.

At a time when emerging galleries are often asked to perform, produce, and adapt immediately, we wanted to pause and ask a more fundamental question:

"What do emerging Asian galleries actually need when entering New York?"

New Voice is our answer.

What New Voice Believes

Listening before visibility.
Before asking for content, exposure, or results, we believe the first step should be listening.

Listening to the realities of emerging galleries.
Listening to the challenges of entering a complex market.
Listening before defining expectations.

New Voice is not a sponsorship program.
It is not a marketing exchange.
And it is not about offering "free space."

It is a curated platform designed to support one emerging gallery at a critical moment of growth — with care, structure, and long-term perspective.

Our intention is simple:
to help new voices exist, be tested, and be understood within the New York art ecosystem — and to build relationships that extend beyond a single fair.

What the Selected Gallery Receives

For its first edition, New Voice will select one emerging gallery supporting young Asian artists to take part in a fully supported exhibition opportunity in New York, including:

Participation without booth fees
Strategic consulting for fair preparation
Guidance on packaging, shipping, planning, and timelines
Curated media exposure during the fair
A documentary video and official editorial feature on Focus platforms

Through ongoing communication, Focus works alongside the selected gallery to ensure a thoughtful and confident first presence in New York.

Who New Voice Is For

New Voice is open to:

Emerging galleries under 10 years
Galleries supporting young artists connected to Asian art and culture
Contemporary practices seeking international dialogue and growth

No previous New York experience is required.

This initiative is intentionally selective.
New Voice is not about scale—it is about attention.
